It’s here —— the last Amherst Saturday Farmers Market. A quick note to let you know I am taking pre-orders for Saturday’s market. Do you need a boneless leg for a holiday dinner? What about some lamb to stash in your freezer for winter meals?
Last week, I ran out of many of the normal cuts. I will bring what I usually do but IF YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER AHEAD OF TIME……

Place orders by 6 p.m. Friday night so that I can pack them up and have them waiting for you at the market.
We have a large selection of Boneless Half Legs of Lamb that weigh between 2 1/4 and 4 pounds - $16/lb. I suggest purchasing 1/2 pound person. We do not have any bone-in legs this year - only boneless half legs.
All other cuts are as follows:
Ground Lamb $13/lb
Rack of Lamb $16/lb
Loin Chops $17/lb
Shoulder Chops $12/lb
Shanks $12/lb
Stew Meat (from the leg) $16/lb I (Limited Supply but you can buy a leg and cut it into chunks yourself)
CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED.
I will also have a new selection of ceramics with me. They are firing right now.
We will not be doing the Winter Market. You are always welcome to come up to the farm to purchase meat.
